Your statutory rights. - Branded Badges

If ordering by means of our shopping cart, or otherwise for unprinted stock items, then under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from date you receive goods without giving any reason.

To inform us of your intention you must communicate  by means of clear statement; i.e either by means of email, message from contact form or written letter to Branded Badges 31 Iain Rd, Bearsden, G61 4PA, Should you communicate your intention electronically, we will communicate to you by means of email. our receipt of your communication,

To meet cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.


Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will remimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for costs arising if you choose a form of delivery other than the least expensive form offered by us.)
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods, if the loss is resluting from any unnecessary handling  by you.

We will make the reimbursement without delay and not later than-

a) 14 days after we receive the goods back from you.

b) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence you have returned the goods, or,

c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after day you informed us of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make reimbursement  using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods. whichever is the earliest.

You shall send the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from which you communicate your cancellation from this  contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.
